Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges can be processed within 14 days of purchase for in-store orders, or 14 days from the delivery date for online orders.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased.
  • Items that are damaged or show signs of use may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • A restocking fee may apply for some returns if conditions are not met.

In-Store Returns/Exchanges:

  • Eligible for returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase as shown on the receipt.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Online Returns/Exchanges:

  • Eligible for returns or exchanges within 14 days from the tracking delivery date.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, and securely packaged for return.
  • Shipping fees must be prepaid and the package must be trackable. We recommend using the original shipping box, if possible.
  • Upon receipt, a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card, minus any shipping charges.

Final Sale Items:

  • Items such as paints, thinners, pigments, markers, consumables, tools, paintbrushes, or any items that are unsealed or have visible signs of use are considered final sale.
  • Items on clearance, marked final sale, or exclusive/limited edition collectibles are also final sale.
