In Stock
In Stock means the item is available in our main warehouse. Orders typically take up to 24 hours to process before shipping. If your In Stock item hasn’t progressed after 24 hours, feel free to contact us.
Preorder
Pre-ordering lets you reserve a product before its release. A cut-off date will be provided to secure your order. Estimated arrival dates on the product page are for reference only and may change due to external factors. You can cancel pre-orders before shipping or fulfillment for a full refund as store credit.
Backordered
Backordered means the item is out of stock but has been ordered from suppliers. Placing an order increases your chances of receiving it, as restocks may only cover existing orders. Restocking dates are unknown unless stated. Backordered doesn’t mean unavailable—we’ll do our best to secure the item if you order.
Out of Stock
Out of Stock means the item isn’t available but can likely be ordered from suppliers if you place an order. It won’t restock automatically, so don’t wait for it to change to In Stock.
Discontinued
Discontinued means the item is out of stock and no longer available from suppliers or the manufacturer, with no plans for re-release.
